Team Petrol Ofisi driver wins seven of nine stages to secure commanding success in the third round of the Turkish Rally Championship

Kerem Kazaz and co-driver Corentin Silvestre delivered a dominant performance to win the 50th Green Bursa Rally, the third round of the 2026 Turkish Rally Championship.

Representing Team Petrol Ofisi, the pair controlled the event from start to finish, setting the fastest time on seven of the rally's nine special stages and securing a convincing overall victory on the demanding gravel roads of the Orhaneli-Keles region.

The rally, organized around a competitive route of 126.30 kilometres, attracted many of Turkey's leading rally crews and provided another important chapter in the battle for the national championship.

KAZAZ CONTROLS THE EVENT FROM START TO FINISH

Kazaz and Silvestre established themselves as the benchmark crew throughout the weekend, combining speed and consistency across the nine-stage route.

Their performance not only delivered overall victory but also earned additional success in several categories. The Team Petrol Ofisi crew claimed Class 2 honours, secured victory in the Power Stage and topped the Young Drivers classification, underlining their dominance during the event.

The result further strengthens Kazaz's position among the leading contenders in the 2026 Turkish Rally Championship campaign.

ÇUKUROVA AND SOYLU COMPLETE THE PODIUM

The fight for the remaining podium positions saw BC Vision Egemot Motorsport's Burak Çukurova and co-driver Burak Akçay secure second place overall after a solid and consistent performance throughout the rally.

Third place went to Uğur Soylu and Mehmet Akif Yalçın of GP Garage My Team, who completed the podium after successfully negotiating the challenging Bursa stages.

While unable to match the pace of the winning crew, both teams delivered strong results in a competitive field and collected valuable championship points.

TEAM PETROL OFISI CLAIMS TEAM HONOURS

In addition to Kazaz and Silvestre's individual success, Team Petrol Ofisi also celebrated victory in the teams' classification, capping off a highly successful weekend for the squad.

The combination of stage-winning pace and strong overall results ensured the team left Bursa with maximum satisfaction as the championship approaches its second half.

CHAMPIONSHIP HEADS TO CAPPADOCIA

The 2026 Turkish Rally Championship will continue with its fourth round, the Cappadocia Rally, scheduled for 22-23 August and organized by Başkent Touring Sports Club.

Crews will now turn their attention to one of the most distinctive events on the national calendar as the championship battle continues across Turkey's varied rally terrain.
