GRYAZIN FINISHES SEVENTH AS LANCIA YPSILON RALLY2 HF INTEGRALE CONTINUES WRC2 DEVELOPMENT
Lancia Corse HF completed an encouraging Rally Finland 2026, with Nikolay Gryazin and Konstantin Aleksandrov securing seventh place while the team continued the development programme of the Lancia Ypsilon Rally2 HF Integrale.
Round ten of the FIA World Rally Championship once again delivered one of the fastest and most demanding events of the season. Finland’s high-speed gravel roads, blind crests and changing weather conditions provided a major challenge for crews and machinery.
Against this backdrop, Lancia Corse HF fielded five Lancia Ypsilon Rally2 HF Integrale cars and gathered valuable data on one of the most specialised gravel rallies in world rallying.
GRYAZIN LEADS LANCIA CHARGE
Nikolay Gryazin and Konstantin Aleksandrov delivered the strongest result for Lancia Corse HF, finishing seventh overall after a consistent performance across the weekend.
The crew narrowly missed a top-five finish while continuing to demonstrate the growing competitiveness of the Lancia Ypsilon Rally2 HF Integrale on gravel.
Yohan Rossel and Arnaud Dunand also completed an encouraging rally, while Léo Rossel and Guillaume Mercoiret continued their steady progress.
Pablo Sarrazin and Yannick Roche, together with Conner Martell and Alessandro Gelsomino, added further experience during a demanding event that is regarded as one of the toughest on the WRC calendar.
IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT MILESTONE FOR LANCIA
Rally Finland 2026 represented another key stage in the development of the Lancia Ypsilon Rally2 HF Integrale.
The team collected important data and experience as it continues its campaign in the WRC2 Teams’ Championship during the final rounds of the season.
